The Last Waltz Revisited

Special Event
Musicians from across Colorado will perform the music of The Band and recreate their historical performance, The Last Waltz. The show became a charity event in 2006, benefiting The Denver Rescue Mission and underscoring the Thanksgiving theme of the show by donating a portion of its proceeds plus spearheading a drive for canned food and desired hygiene items.

Trevor Hall

Trevor Hall, a native of South Carolina, has been writing and performing since he was 14. His unconventional mix of acoustic rock and reggae serves as a vibrant backdrop for thought-provoking, inspiring lyrics, which he delivers in a uniquely soulful voice. He writes all of his songs, sings, and plays guitar and harmonica. He is most famous for his song "Other Ways," which was a part of the "Shrek the Third" soundtrack.

The Wood Brothers

Oliver Wood, of the blues-roots band King Johnson, and Chris Wood, of the instrumental jazz trio Medeski Martin & Wood, grew up in Boulder, Colorado, but never found their paired musical chemistry until after they'd forged individual paths for 15 years. Now united, they create rootsy music that blends blues, folk and rock music.

The Marcus King Band

Blues, Funk, Rock
The young Marcus King has been writing songs and performing onstage for half his lifetime, delivering a southern fried brand of blues and psychedelia inspired by rock 'nā€™ roll. A fourth-generation musician and child of the Blue Ridge Mountains, King traces his lineage back to his fiddle-playing great grandfather, while his grandfather was a fiddler and guitarist. His dad is Marvin King, a singer/guitarist who has toured nationally since the ā€˜70ā€™s with various artists as well as his own group, Marvin King and Blue Revival. The Marcus King Band's most recent album, "Carolina Confessions," was released in October 2018.
